Sela is a friendly baby girl. She lives in Tigwilizane community with her father, mother her brother and four sisters. Her parents are subsistence farmers, and their annual income is approximately US$280 which is not adequate for them to meet all their basic needs. Sela’s parents have challenges in meeting most of their basic needs hence they enrolled her in the ChildFund sponsorship program. They live in a small house made of locally sourced cheap materials. The family use firewood for cooking their meals and candles for lighting while water is sourced from the nearby borehole. Sela is in primary school at a nearby school close to her home and enjoys learning about numbers. We are certain that your help through sponsorship will help improve her life and that of her family.
