Fatou is a healthy child who is attending primary school. She is a bit restless, but very helpful at home. She lives with her parents in the family house, where they have access to water and electricity. Her father is a plumber whose irregular earnings are approximately US$ 1,560.00 per year, which is not sufficient to meet the family basic needs.
