Samuel Nancy is a smart loving boy who lives with his parents in a village surrounded by rocky hills and farm bushes in the North of Sierra Leone. Their village is deprived of safe drinking water, electricity and good roads. They get their water from a big rock beneath the hill which dried up during the dry season and leave them with no option of drinking water from an open well that sometimes causes sicknesses like diarrhea. They sleep in a mud brick house roofed with old zinc. His parents are engaged in farming growing seasonal crops like rice and cassava mainly for food at home, but they sell some when the harvest is good. Their annual income is not enough to cater for all the needs of the family. Samuel Nancy is friendly and always help his mother to run errands around the house. He enjoys his free time playing football with his friends. With your sponsorship Samuel will be able to live happily in a safe and healthy environment.
