Sponsor A Child

Senudhi  is the only child in the family.  She lives with her parents in a little village located in the Moneragala district of Sri Lanka.  The family lives in a house which belongs to a relative.  The house is partially constructed with cement blocks. The roof is covered with asbestos sheets and the floor is cemented. They have access to electricity, proper sanitary facilities and pipe borne water.  Senudhi does not attend a school. She loves to play with dolls and with her little friends in the neighborhood.  Her father works as a Cultivator and earns an annual income of around USD520/- and her mother is a housewife. She attends to the house work and tries to manage the house expenses with their small income.  Due to the economic crisis that is prevailing in the country, the cost of living is increasing daily. As such, the money earned is not sufficient for their needs.  Your kind support will undoubtedly weave a brighter chapter into their journey of life and help Senudhi to look forward to a better future for herself and her family.
