Mahesh hails from an abjectly deprived family. The father is a cook and works hard. But with this meagre income is far from sufficient to support the growing children or provide them with even one square meal a day. His annual income is approximately US dollar 859 per annum. The mother tries to make the most of what is at hand, but there is abounding privation at home with no way out of their miserable plight. Keen on giving this child the chance of a better future thru education, the desperate parents finally sought aid from this project. Mahesh is attending high school. His favorite subject is drawing.
