Cochabamba is home to this Spanish-speaking boy named Franco. He is a helpful, gentle and respectful boy who has much fun playing football. He attends a local school where he enjoys his science lessons. His father abandoned the household and his mother formed a new family. Franco lives with his grandmother and 2 siblings. His grandmother sells food for a living. The family income is no more than US $ 280.00 per month, which is insufficient to meet the basics and reaching the end of the month is a constant struggle. They live in a rudimentary dwelling consisting of brick walls and corrugated iron sheets on the roof. Thousands of children across Bolivia need assistance to break the cycle of poverty. The reality of this kid is not different. If you decide to be a sponsor, be sure that your money will not go to waste. It will be spent on worthy causes like educational support and a better child-friendly environment to help this child grow.
