Desebel  lives with his parents and a brother in a densely populated neighborhood with poor hygiene and sanitation and shortage of potable water. Desebel and his parents speak the local Amharic language. His father is a pensioner, and his mother is a housewife who is responsible to take care of the family, and their annual income is not enough to afford even their most basic needs. They plan to improve their lives if they get some material support and training on income generating activities. The family lives in a poorly built old house, and the nearby school and health center lack basic and standard equipment. Desebel is a primary school student and likes playing hide and seek. His future plan is to be medical doctor one day. In order to overcome the poverty he is facing, he needs support.
