Nyima lives with her parents, brothers and sisters in the western part of the country. Both of her parents are small scale farmers who depends on the little revenue they earns to up keep the family. Her mother helps with the daily household chores and also does petty trading to enhance the little income of the father. This child should learn but due to the low income level of the parents could be a challenge. The combined annual income of the family is approximately US$300.00 which is not enough to cater for both the family need and children education. Therefore, external sponsorship would greatly help her to realize her objective attaining a better education and live a better life. Her health status is comparatively good.
