Lamin is a quiet little boy who has passion for football playing. He lives with his parents and grandmother in a small village surrounded by hills and rocks in the north of Sierra Leone. They fetch their daily water from an open local well and not safe for drinking. His father is a farmer who also burn charcoal for sale. His mother sells fried potato around the community to raise income to provide their daily food. The family occupied a three-bed room mud brick house roofed with old zinc which has some leakages during the rains. As a result, the family is exposed to cold and fever. Lamin is in school with only a pair of a uniform and plastic sandal. He is very fond of his mother as he runs small errands for her and gather fire wood to cook.
