Frank is a friendly young boy who lives with his three sisters, two brothers, mother and father in Rufunsa District which is located in the Eastern part of Lusaka the capital city. Franks parents are subsistence farmers who mainly grow maize and groundnuts, but yields are always low due to unpredictable weather condition, Soil infertility and poor cultivation methods. Their annual income is $300 it is not enough to cover all their daily needs, and their major source of water is the unprotected well located 400 Meters from their home. The family share a single grass thatched room made of bricks. They use kerosene for lighting. Frank is primary school. He however enjoys playing with ball games.
