Daksh hails from an abjectly needy family. His father is a daily laborer. He works hard for long and tiring hours, but his total income is approximately USD 345 per annum. Mother, a dedicated housewife also tries to make ends meet with what is at hand as there is abounding privation at home. Seeing no way out of their miserable plight, but keen on educating this child the desperate parents sought aid from the project. Daksh is in primary school. He loves to study Hindi, the regional language. He is fond of playing ball games with friends. His health is normal.  Daksh has one sister.
